Return Policy


We want you to absolutely love your HB purchase! If for whatever reason, is not quite right and you are not 100% satisfied, you can return any eligible items for a store credit within 10 days of having received your order. While we do not issue refunds, we are happy to accept your return for store credit (does not expire) or help you process an exchange. Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our product we cannot guarantee availability on items. Final sale items (not regular priced items, sale, discount codes, flash sales) cannot be returned for exchanges or store credit.

If you receive an item that is damaged, you must notify us via email at info@habanaboutiquel.com within 24 hours of your item being delivered. You must submit your email with pictures of the damaged item(s). We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary.  These situations do not qualify as defect.

All merchandise must be new, with tags attached, unworn, damaged, or unaltered. If items do not meet these standards, it will not be processed for store credit or exchange.

All returns should be shipped back with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customer is responsible for return/exchanges shipping cost. All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of having received your order (as per tracking info). We reserve the right to deny a return based on item condition.

Once we receive your item(s) please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your exchange or store credit.  We will inspect the items, process the return in our system and send you an email with your online store credit code and instructions on how to use it. You will receive an online store credit to the email on file. Once you receive your store credit, you will be able to use it towards any future online purchase at www.habanaboutique.com.

Original shipping costs are not refundable nor added to store credit totals.

*Please keep a copy of your receipt with your tracking number once you ship back your returns to us. We are not responsible for lost packages. That receipt will help you and us keep track of your return shipment. You can ship back your return via USPS, UPS or FedEx.*

Final Sale Items: 

All items purchased on sale, with a discount code, flash sale or during sitewide sale are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit. No exceptions.

The following items are also final sale for hygienic reasons (full price): bodysuits, bralettes, jewelry, shoes, and any customized bracelet.
